HC101 was released to a focus group in December 2025 and the feedback was everything I hoped for. 🙌

A few final edits are still in progress as of June 2026. Those edits were put on hold during a season of follow-up cancer testing, and I'll be honest about why. It felt wrong to sit in front of a health and wellness book while I was waiting to find out if my own body was clear. Logically I know that's not a reason to stop. Emotionally I couldn't do it any other way. It's coming. It's worth the wait.
